Dr Wilkin-Crowe is a dual trainee in Intensive Care Medicine and Emergency Medicine based in the East Midlands, with a strong portfolio in clinical leadership, medical education, and advocacy for equity in healthcare. She previously served as Chief Registrar with the Royal College of Physicians, where she developed advanced leadership skills and contributed to national initiatives focused on improving patient care and workforce development.
A passionate educator, Dr Wilkin-Crowe has designed and directed multiple high-impact training programmes. She is a regular faculty member teaching maternal critical care and point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS), with a particular interest in translating complex clinical concepts into accessible, high-quality learning experiences.
Dr Wilkin-Crowe is an active advocate for equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) within medicine. She speaks widely on topics including allyship, women in medicine, and differential attainment, and works to drive systemic change to reduce disparities in training and patient care. In recognition of this work, she was awarded the State Of Art (SOA), National Intensive Care Conference Cauldron Prize in 2025 for her presentation on tackling differential attainment.
