She is particularly passionate about supporting clinicians not only through education, but by improving access to training via flexible finance options, creating opportunities for professional growth, actively listening to feedback, and continuously evolving programmes in response to real-world clinical demand. Rebecca has played a pivotal role in advancing clinical skills-based education, building systems that enhance both clinical competence and patient outcomes. Her work has consistently focused on bridging the gap between theory and practice—ensuring healthcare professionals are equipped with the skills, confidence, and decision-making ability required in critical care settings. Through a blended learning approach—combining cutting-edge e-learning with practical, hands-on training—REACT Pathways represents the next evolution of medical education: more accessible, more responsive, and designed for global delivery. Rebecca is particularly passionate about:
  • Clinical Skills
  • Simulation-based training and immersive learning
  • Developing clinicians in emergency and acute care settings
  • Building sustainable, scalable education models globally
  • Supporting healthcare professionals to deliver safer, more effective patient care
  • Enhancing accessibility to training through flexible payment and learning pathways
