I completed my primary medical qualification in India and have undertaken postgraduate training internationally, including a Master’s in Emergency Medicine through the George Washington University programme. I am a Fellow of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine and hold two Master’s degrees in Medical Education, including a Merit from the University of Warwick. I was also awarded a Gold Medal for my thesis on sepsis mortality prediction.

I currently serve as Associate Director of Medical Education within my Trust, leading on educational research, innovation, and improvement. Alongside my clinical role, I hold several leadership positions within the Emergency Department, including Patient Safety Lead, Domestic Abuse Lead, Sustainability Lead, and Lead for Senior Clinician Teaching. I am actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education as a tutor, educational and clinical supervisor, and faculty member for simulation-based and multidisciplinary training programmes.

My academic interests focus on educational research, professional identity development, and the translation of quality improvement into sustainable system change. I have published in peer-reviewed journals, presented internationally, and contribute as a peer reviewer. I am particularly interested in developing innovative educational solutions, including simulation, AI-supported learning, and immersive technologies.

With a strong commitment to mentorship, collaboration, and strategic development, I am passionate about advancing medical education and supporting organisations in achieving teaching excellence and high-quality patient care.
