REACT Pathways

Biography

Rebecca Raven is the Founder and Managing Director of REACT Pathways, a global medical education company dedicated to advancing excellence in resuscitation, emergency, and acute care training.

With an extensive background in NHS healthcare education and operational leadership, Rebecca has spent years working at the forefront of clinical training within one of the UK’s largest trauma centres. Her experience includes senior leadership within DREEAM, where she contributed to the development and delivery of high-quality, clinical skills and simulation-based education programmes.

Through this experience, Rebecca developed a deep understanding of both the impact and the limitations of traditional training models. While high-quality education was being delivered, barriers such as accessibility, funding, flexibility, and scalability continued to affect how clinicians engaged with learning.

This insight led to the creation of REACT Pathways.

As the driving force behind REACT, Rebecca brings a clear vision: to create accessible, innovative, and globally scalable training solutions that truly meet the needs of modern healthcare professionals. She is particularly passionate about supporting clinicians not only through education, but by improving access to training via flexible finance options, creating opportunities for professional growth, actively listening to feedback, and continuously evolving programmes in response to real-world clinical demand.

Rebecca has played a pivotal role in advancing clinical skills-based education, building systems that enhance both clinical competence and patient outcomes. Her work has consistently focused on bridging the gap between theory and practice—ensuring healthcare professionals are equipped with the skills, confidence, and decision-making ability required in critical care settings.

Through a blended learning approach—combining cutting-edge e-learning with practical, hands-on training—REACT Pathways represents the next evolution of medical education: more accessible, more responsive, and designed for global delivery.

Rebecca is particularly passionate about:

  • Simulation-based training and immersive learning
